Appropriate a 0.033 Acre Fee Simple Right-of-Way from Dencil Weethee at 1448 Stringtown Road for the Public Purpose of Constructing Roadway Improvements and to declare an emergency.
Appropriate a 0.038 Acre Fee Simple Right-of-Way from Dwayne E. Rice at 1444 Stringtown Road for the Public Purpose of Constructing Roadway Improvements and to declare an emergency.
Appropriate a 0.553 Acre Permanent Utility Easement and a 1.426 Acre Temporary Easement from Jennie H. and Ilin Huang on Jackson Pike for the Public Purpose of Locating Utilities as part of the Roadway Improvements and to declare an emergency
