Authorize a Development Agreement and an Infrastructure Agreement with Towsend Construction Company concerning the Redevelopment of approximately 212 acres of Real Property located in the City. First reading.
Authorize the City Administrator to enter into an Agreement for the Construction and Maintenance of a New Railroad Crossing with the Indiana & Ohio Railway Company. First reading.
Authorize the City Administrator to enter into an Agreement Granting a Temporary Easement with Mark and Colleen Haughn. First reading.
Approve a Certificate of Appropriateness for Plum Run Winery for a Patio Enclosure.
Approve the Development Plan for The Grove City Veterinary Hospital located at 4350 Grove City Road.
