THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT PLAN WILL REVIEW THE SITE DESIGN FOR CONFORMANCE WITH CODE AS WELL AS BUILDING ARCHITECTURE TO ENSURE THE DEVELOPMENT IS APPROPRIATE AND IN CHARACTER WITH THE AREA. I SPECIFICALLY SAID, YOU KNOW, IF YOU GUYS ARE LOOKING FOR ME TO BUILD OR BE HELD UP HELD TO THE SAME STANDARDS AS THE POINT SHOOT POINT BLANK BUILDING OR THE MARCOS PIZZA BUILDING NEXT DOOR THEN, UNFORTUNATELY, I WILL HAVE TO PASS ON THIS ON THIS LAND AND LOOK ELSEWHERE BECAUSE IT WON'T WORK FOR WHAT I'M TRYING TO DO IT JUST BE OVER MY BUDGET FOR THIS TYPE OF PROJECT BECAUSE, AFTER ALL, I'M BUILDING A GOLF CART STORE AND I DON'T HAVE $3 MILLION TO PUT INTO A GOLF CART STORE. HAD IT BEEN TWO YEARS AGO, EVEN BUT I'VE REALLY STRETCHED THE DESIGN ON EVERY TIME I GO BACK TO ASK YOU STILL DON'T LIKE IT? WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO DO?
