BUT AT THE SAME TIME WE FEEL LIKE IT BASED ON WHERE IT'S AT AND HOW VISIBLE IT IS, WHICH IS, IN OUR OPINION, PRETTY MINIMALLY VISIBLE. AND THE OTHER THING WE LOOKED AT FROM A DESIGN STANDPOINT, WAS IT'S IN THE IDEAL LOCATION TO SERVE THE NEW FREEZER ELEMENT, WHICH IS IN THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY. ON THE REAR SIDE OF THE ADDITION WE'RE PROPOSING UM. BUT IT'S VERY CLOSE TO THE EDGE OF THE BUILDING. WE DID SOME SCREENING . YOU CAN SEE ON THOSE ELEVATIONS BACK WHEN WE DID THE ORIGINAL PROJECT. FOR THE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT ON THE ROOF THAT IS MUCH LARGER AND FOOTPRINT. AND IT'S ALSO NEAR NEAR THE CENTER OF THE BUILDING . SO THE PERSPECTIVE YOU SEE THAT IT'S VERY SOFTENED BECAUSE OF BUILDING FOOTPRINT IS VERY LARGE. WHERE THE EQUIPMENT IS PUT NEAR THE MIDDLE OF THE BUILDING. THE EQUIPMENT WE'RE PROPOSING, AS PART OF THIS EDITION IS NEAR THE EDGE OF THE ROOF. AND BECAUSE OF CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR FUNCTIONAL REASONS. WE WOULD ACTUALLY HAVE TO DOUBLE THE FOOTPRINT THAT YOU SEE THERE OF THE EQUIPMENT. TO SCREEN IT BECAUSE THE CLEARANCE ISSUES SO IT'S TALLER. IT'S NEAR THE EDGE OF THE ROOF. AND IT WOULD BE DOUBLE FOOTPRINT, SO WE FEEL IT WOULD ACTUALLY CALL MORE ATTENTION TO ITSELF. IF WE DO SCREENING ON IT VERSUS BLOOD TO BE AND I DON'T KNOW IF YOU COULD FLIP FORWARD TO THE IMAGERY THAT WE DID THAT SHOWS THE KIND OF FROM FOUR DIFFERENT SIDES. HERE WE GO.
