THEY'RE DRIVING DOWN AND NOT FINDING ENOUGH PARKING AT THE CLUBHOUSE TO HOLD THE EVENT THAT THEY WANTED TO HOLD.

SO I THINK THAT LOOKS OUT FOR THEIR SAFETY THAT SEPARATES THE TWO COMMUNITIES APART. I WAS OPPOSED TO THIS WHEN IT FIRST CAME THROUGH PRELIMINARY AND ZONING AND I REMAIN VERY MUCH OPPOSED TO IT AS TOO MUCH TOO DENSE TO MANY. UNITS ON THESE LITTLE PARCELS WITH VERY SMALL STREETS. AND THIS REALLY DRIVES BACK TO OUR LITTLE WERE ASKED TO LOOK AT THE CRIME CITY 2015.

COMMUNITY PLAN AND FUTURE LAND USE MAP VERY CLOSELY AS WE LOOK AT DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS, AND THIS CALLS FOR THIS TO BE PARKS, OPEN SPACE AND PRESERVATION. HIGHLIGHTING NATURAL FEATURES ON THE SITE AND PROVIDING OPEN SPACE TO SERVE AREA RESIDENTS. AND MY OBSERVATION IS THE ONLY
