YOU HAVE TO DO THE EAST SIDE SO THERE'LL BE AN EAST EASTBOUND LEFT TURN LANE SO YOU HAVE TO GO ON FROM EAST TO WEST OR BE A RIGHT TURN LANE GOING NORTH AND THEN COMING FROM TO THE EAST ONE CORN SO I THINK I GOT MY DIRECTIONS MIXED UP THERE. 65 THERE WILL BE A WESTLAND. WESTBOUND LEFT TURN LANE ON 6 65 EASTBOUND. THERE'LL BE AN EASTBOUND LEFT TURN LANE SO BASICALLY KEPT THE BALANCE EACH OTHER OFF WITH THE INTERSECTION OF PAYMENT. ADDITIONALLY WE'VE TALKED ABOUT WITH OH DOT ON ONE OF FOUR SOUTHBOUND RIGHT TURN LANES. SO WHEN YOU'RE COMING DOWN SOUTH OF ONE OF FOUR DOING A RIGHT TURN LANE TO KICK YOU TO THE WEST TOWARDS 71. SO THOSE WERE REALLY THE PREMISE. WE'RE LOOKING AT TWO TO ANSWER THE LONG TERM FUNCTION OF THE INTERSECTION. AND WE'RE TRYING TO KIND OF RIGHT SIZING BECAUSE WE DON'T WANT TO INCREASE. AND MAKE IT TOO EFFICIENT BECAUSE YOU YOU CAN INVITE TRAFFIC TO GO AND USE THE INTERSECTION. WE'RE TRYING TO BALANCE OUT WHAT WE WANT THE INTERSECTION TO BE TO JUST TO FUNCTION AS THE HONORABLE LEVEL DESIRABLE LEVEL BUT NOT OVERDO IT. IN TERMS OF IMPACT NEED FOR LENA POSITION. HOW DO THESE IMPROVEMENTS FIT ON THE INTER SEARCH AND HOW THEY IMPACT WAS USING PURCELL'S SO WE'RE TRYING TO FINALIZE THAT EFFORT AND THEN ALSO, WE HAVE TO START LOOKING AT FUNDING. HOW DO WE FUND THIS PROJECT? BECAUSE PARTIES, T, I S REQUIRED A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF IMPROVEMENTS, WHICH THEY'RE GOING TO DO. INCLUDING THE 8% CONTRIBUTION, BUT FOR THE RIGHT SIZING OF THAT INTERSECTION. WHAT LEVEL AND WHAT COSTS ABOVE THAT IS NEEDED TO REALLY PROVIDE THE CONFERENCE OF LONG TERM SOLUTIONS. THAT'S WHERE WE HAD TO DIE AND DEFINED IMPROVEMENTS WERE LIKE SAID CLOSE CLOSE TO THAT. BUT WE ALSO HAVE TO UNDERSTAND THE FUNDING OF IT AS WELL. SO THAT'S WHERE WE'RE AT. BEFORE WE GO ON AND ASK HER QUESTIONS. I BELIEVE AROUND 340 HOUSING DEVELOPMENT RIGHT ALONG THERE, SO WE KNOW THAT NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS, UM, WITH NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS NO DEVELOPMENT ALONG 6 65 OR ANY FURTHER DEVELOPMENT AROUND 104 AND THE GROBE CITY CORRIDOR. IS THERE TRAFFIC IS GOING TO INCREASE ANYWAY, BECAUSE THERE'S PEOPLE COMING NORTH AND A LOT OF PEOPLE GOING SOUTH AND SO WHAT WE'VE BEEN DOING AND WORKING WITH THE STATE AND THEY'VE BEEN EXTREMELY COOPERATIVE WHO DOES DISTRICT SIX, UM AND THE EVEN THOUGH THIS INTERSECTION IS NOT THE JURISDICTION OF GROWTH CITY AND IT'S NOT, AND IT'S NOT JACKSON TOWNSHIP SOLELY IT'S A COMBINATION BECAUSE IT'S A STATE ROUTES BOTH WAYS ON THERE, BUT INSTEAD OF KICKING THE CAN DOWN THE ROAD AND SAYING, OKAY, UM, THE STATE OF OHIO, UM WHY DON'T YOU FIX IT FOR US ON THERE? THE CITY HAS BEEN VERY COOP EVENT VERY VISIONARY AND SAYING WE NEED TO DO THIS NOW, BEFORE ANYTHING ELSE HAPPENS BECAUSE IT'S GOING TO AFFECT DEVELOPMENT ALL ALONG. THAT CORRIDOR OF GROWTH CITY TO THE SOUTH ON

IT'S KIND OF HARD TO IMAGINE WHAT WE'RE TALKING ABOUT WITH UP, UM, HAVING THE REPORT AND ALSO HOW MUCH WILL IT COST? UH ON THERE, AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO CONSTRUCT? AND THAT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE TO CONSTRUCT THIS SIX YEARS FROM NOW, IT MAKES SENSE TO CONSTRUCT IT NOW, AND IT MAKES SENSE TO FIGURE OUT A WAY TO PAY FOR IT NOW TO GET DONE AND TO FIGURE OUT LONG TERM. UH IF THAT IF THIS DEVELOPMENT IS APPROVED ON HERE TO AID ON THAT INTERSECTION ON THERE, SO UM, AND BECAUSE OF THAT THEY HAVE REQUESTED A POSTPONEMENT IN ORDER TO FURTHER ALL THE TEAM THAT'S WORKING TOGETHER TO PUT THIS TOGETHER ON THERE AND HAVE A REPORT OUT INFORMATION ON EXACTLY WHAT IT IS EXACTLY WHAT IT COSTS EXACTLY HOW TO PAY FOR IT. WE STILL FEEL THAT TRAFFIC IS A MAJOR ISSUE THAT IS NOT BEING PROPERLY ADDRESSED BY ANY GROUP. CAN AROUND, SO THE PROPOSED DENSITY IS NOT CORRECT FOR THE AREA. UM STORMWATER IS NOT BEING CORRECTLY ADDRESSED AND DEVELOPMENT. SPECIFIC SAFETY CONCERNS ARE NOT BEING PROPERLY CONSIDERED ALONG WITH OTHER ISSUES. WE ASK THAT YOU LISTEN TO US AND HEAR THE CONCERNS WE HAVE AND CAREFULLY CONSIDER ANY DECISION YOU MAKE. MANY OF US HAVE LIVED IN THE AREA FOR DECADES, AND WE HOPE THAT YOU'LL CONSIDER THE PEOPLE CURRENTLY LIVING IN THE COMMUNITY TO BE THE BEST ONES TO KNOW WHAT IS RIGHT FOR GROWTH CITY.
