ADDING PARKING, SCREENING AND SIGNAGE. THE BUSINESS OFFERS YEAR ROUND CHILD CARE FOR INFANTS, TODDLERS, PRESCHOOLERS AND SCHOOLCHILDREN. WAS PROPOSED HOURS OF OPERATION MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY. SIX A.M. TO SIX P.M. WITH NO EVENTS OR ACTIVITIES IN THE EVENINGS OR WEEKENDS. THE FACILITY EMPLOYEES BETWEEN 12 AND 15 EMPLOYEES WITH A MAXIMUM OF SEVEN ON SITE AT ONE TIME. AND HIS LICENSE TO CARE FOR A MAXIMUM OF 75 CHILDREN. THE APPLICANTS, PROPOSING AN OUTDOOR PLAY AREA TO BE LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE BUILDING PARALLEL TO HOOVER ROAD, WHICH WILL BE ENCLOSED BY SIX FT. HIGH BLACK DECORATIVE ALUMINUM FENCE. THE EXISTING COVERED DRIVE THROUGH PORTION OF THE BUILDING, AS OPPOSED TO BEING CLOSED ALONG THE EAST AND NORTH SIDE WITH SIX FT. HIGH WHITE VINYL FENCING TO HELP MITIGATE ANY NOISE FROM THE HEALTH BOARD PLAY AREAS. IMPACTED US AND KNOWLEDGE WITH BLACK DECORATIVE CAPSULE BE INCLUDED WITH A PLAY AREA IS ADJACENT TO DR ISLES. WE'RE PARKING AREAS. THE EXISTING DRIVE ALL RUNNING NORTH ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF THE PROPERTY IS PROPOSED TO BE NARROWED TO WITH 24 FT, WHICH WILL ALLOW FOR THE PLANTING OF NEW ARBORVITAE SHRUBS, WHICH WILL PROVIDE ADDITIONAL SCREENING AND SEPARATION FROM THE RESIDENCES TO THE EAST. TRUMP'S ARE ALSO PROPOSED ALONG HOOVER ROAD TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL SCREENING FOR THE PLAY AREA. IT CURRENTLY HAS 24 PARKING SPACES, ALL OF WHICH WILL BE UTILIZED FOR THE PROPOSED USE. 16 PARKING SPACES WILL BE FOR CHILD PICK UP AND DROP OFF BETWEEN THE BUILDING BUCKET. I GREW UP BOULEVARD. THE EIGHT SPACES TO THE NORTH OF THE SITE, WHICH WERE PROPOSED TO BE REMOVED WITH THE PREVIOUS APPLICATION WILL REMAIN AND ACT AS EMPLOYEE PARKING. A RIGHT TURN ONLY SIGNED AND PAVEMENT MARKINGS WILL BE INSTALLED AT THE EXIT OF THE SITE TO ENSURE THAT VEHICLES AND THAT TURN LEFT OUT OF THE SITE AND CUT THROUGH THE RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY TO THE EAST. AS THE APPLICATION. MEETS ALL CRITERIA FOR THE SPECIAL USE PERMIT OUTLINING CODE. UM I THINK MOVING THE PLAY AREA TO THE WEST SIDE OF THE BUILDING IS SPECTACULAR MOVE. I CAN'T THINK OF A BETTER USE OF A PROPERTY THAN A PLAYGROUND FULL OF CHILDREN PLAYING. I LOVE THAT. YOU. I CAN UNDERSTAND HOW RESIDENTS ARE CONCERNED ABOUT THAT. BUT GIVEN THAT THE TIME PERIOD YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT IS WHAT 95 KIND OF. THAT THEY WOULD BE ALLOWED TO BE OUTSIDE. I THINK THAT MITIGATES THE ISSUE.

SO THEY ALL HAVE, YOU KNOW MULTIPLE CHILDREN, SO THEIR FIRST ROUND WOULD BE AROUND SIX OR 6 30. THE NEXT ONE WOULD BE AROUND SEVEN. JUST 7 45. THAT'S THE BIG DROP OFF PERIOD, AND THAT'S ABOUT FOUR VEHICLES FOR FIVE. AND THEN, UM, JUST TO CLARIFY THIS FOR VEHICLES IN A HALF HOUR TIME SPAN. THAT'S ABOUT WHAT IT WOULD BE, YES. IN THE N NINE.
