IT'S A REIMBURSEMENT TIP SO THE IMPROVEMENTS WILL GO AND CONCURRENT WITH THE IMPROVEMENTS OF THE PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT. SO AS THE PRIVATE DEVELOPERS INSTALLED HIS IMPROVEMENTS. AT THE SAME TIME, THESE APPROVALS BE INSTALLED TO NOT HAVE ANY LAG. AND THEN PROCEEDS FROM THE INCREASED VALUE FROM THAT PROJECT WILL BE PAID BACK THROUGH PILOTS TO REIMBURSE THE CITY AS WELL AS THE DEVELOPER FOR THOSE INCURRED COSTS. SO THE INTERSECTION. WE JUST TALKED ABOUT THE COST TO IMPROVE THE INTERSECTIONS ABOUT THREE POINT $3.4 MILLION. THAT'S THE COST FOR THE TURN LANES AND ALL THE DIFFERENT MOVEMENTS. JUST KIND OF BRING IT BACK TO THE FULL CIRCLE. SO THIS $3.4 MILLION IS NOT THE DEVELOPERS IMPROVEMENTS. DEVELOPERS PUT AN ADDITIONAL IMPROVEMENTS AND TO MITIGATE HIS IMPACT OF THE BIRD WAY AS WELL. HIS COST WILL BE AROUND $3 MILLION SO AND ALL WILL BE $6 MILLION 6.4 MILLION DOLLARS. AND INVEST IN THE AREA TO REALLY HELP OFFSET AND MAXIMIZE THE FUNCTIONAL THAT INTERSECTION.
