ADDITIONALLY THE PROPOSED LOT LINE IS CONSISTENT WITH PREVIOUSLY APPROVED LAW SPLITS AND COMBINATIONS OF PARCELS. FROM 6094 ROAD. AFTER REVIEWING CONSIDERATION, THE DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDS PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVE THE LOT SPLIT WITH THE ONE STIPULATION THAT IT IS COMBINED WITH A LOT AT 6089 GRANT RUN PLACE.
