NOW WE DID DO THE AUTO COVER THAT IS REQUIRED TO HAVE A CODE SO IT IS COMPLIANT WITH THE FENCE, BUT I DO HAVE TWO CHILDREN. THEY'RE 16 AND 12. IT IS AN INCREDIBLY BUSY ROAD NOW. IT'S THE BUSIEST ONE IS IT CONNECTS BUCKEYE WOODS AND , AND HUBER ROAD. NOW WHERE OUR POOL LINE ENDS, RIGHT ON THE PATIO IS RIGHT WHERE THAT LINE IS. SO YOU CAN'T GET THE FENCE RIGHT THERE. WE ALSO HAVE A 20 FOOT ELECTRICAL EASEMENT IN THE BACK, WHICH PROHIBITS US FROM GETTING ANY OF THAT, SO WE ARE ASKING FOR A VARIANCE TO GO NINE FEET PAST THAT. FOR THE PRIVACY FENCE. WE ARE WITHIN THE BUILD LINE ON THE EAST, WEST AND SOUTH SIDE. SO THIS IS JUST THE NORTH SIDE VARIANCE THAT WE'RE ASKING FOR. OKAY. MR.
