ONE RESERVE WILL BE CREATED WITH THE PROPOSED PLOT ALONG JACKSON PIKE THAT WILL INCLUDE THE SHARED USE PATH EASEMENT, WHICH WILL ALLOW FOR THE EXTENSION OF THE SHARED USE PATH. AFTER REVIEW AND CONSIDERATION, THE DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDS PLANNING COMMISSION MAKE A RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL TO CITY COUNCIL FOR THE PLAT AS SUBMITTED. AND I'M HERE REPRESENTING MIDWEST INDUSTRIAL, WHO'S A CONTRACT PURCHASER, WHO'S ALSO HERE AND WALMART WHO'S THE SELLER. THANK YOU. THE APPLICANT IS REQUESTING APPROVAL OF A LOT. SPLIT TO SPLIT 10.3 ACRES FROM A 28.17 ACRE PARCEL OF LAND ON BIG RUN SOUTH ROAD. IF PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVES THE LOT SPLIT TODAY, THE SPLIT CAN BE FINALIZED WITH FRANKLIN COUNTY.
