THERE IS A FIVE FOOT FENCE AND WE DO HAVE A SUGAR MAPLE TREE RIGHT BEHIND THE PROPERTY, SO IT'S IN NO DANGER OF ANY OTHER PROPERTY OWNERS AS WELL AS BEHIND THE FENCE. THERE IS A EASEMENT, A POWER UTILITY EASEMENT THAT ROUGHLY RUNS ABOUT TEN FEET BACK. AND THEN THERE'S A PUBLIC PARK THAT'S ABOUT 200FT FROM FROM BEHIND THE PROPERTY. SO I DO NOT FEEL LIKE IT'S A RISK TO THE PUBLIC. AS YOU CAN SEE BY THE DESIGNS OF THE STRUCTURE ITSELF. YOU KNOW, OBVIOUSLY WE WOULD SEND IT THROUGH THE PERMITTING AND THE APPROPRIATE PERMITTING PROCESS. BUT, YOU KNOW, THE ONLY WAY TO REALLY BUILD THIS STRUCTURE IS, IS TO HAVE THE SETBACK IS TO ENCROACH THE SETBACK. OKAY. DO YOU HAVE TO MOVE THAT MAPLE TREE?
